No you do not. You can always refer your clients to us for one-off projects they need help with. You just won’t have access to our member discounted rates or priority scheduling.
Yes! We are a home service company that has fully trained and certified technicians on staff to execute against the majority of your requests. If the request is outside our scope, we can refer you to a partner contractor who can do the work for you.
You can give your clients your member discount of 20% off all work related to the transaction of the property. This means anything related to listing or closing on a property. We also honor the discount for any projects your client has immediately following closing. The discount excludes material costs and any work done by a partnered contractor.
As a partnered realtor, you can get your client’s a discount on their first year of membership as a gift from you to them. Talk to your partner manager on the various promotions available.
