Become a member for only $49/month for most homes

Our service works as a subscription in which you sign up for a membership and then we’ll schedule out all of your recurring maintenance items for your home. There are over 20 items that we manage and we visit twice a year to ensure your property stays in top shape.

Additionally, you’ll be assigned a dedicated specialist who is always on call to perform one-off work as needed. For anything we don’t do internally, we’ll coordinate the request with our vast network of trusted partners so that you have one contact for all things related to maintaining your home. Plus, many of our partners offer discounts for our members, ensuring the savings keep on coming.

As a MYH Member, you’ve officially “got a guy for that”. But don’t worry, if you’re not quite ready to become a member, you can still book us for any project you have to try us out.

Meet Your Dedicated Home Specialist

Part of our service includes an assigned and dedicated home specialist for your home. The same individual manages your property and they become familiar with what is involved in maintaining your home and you’ll become familiar with them. They will perform many of the services themselves, and in combination with our concierge team, will be your go to resource for any questions or assistance you need. One point of contact for all things related to your home.

Here are some examples of how you might interface with your Home Specialist:

Scenario: You’ve been meaning to hang a new TV in the basement but haven’t gotten to it yet.

Solution: Reach out to your Home Specialist and request that we hang your TV. Handled.

Scenario: The kids accidentally put a hole in the drywall from wrestling (whoops!).

Solution: Contact your Home Specialist and we’ll send out a drywall/paint specialist who will patch, prime, and blend in paint to make it look good as new.

Scenario: You want to install a custom closet in your guest bedroom and have the materials ordered and on site.

Solution: Reach out to us and we’ll schedule time to install the closet on your behalf.

Scenario: You wish you could remodel that one bathroom in your home, but have been pushing it off.

Solution: Reach out to us and we'll get you a free estimate and if you agree, will get you scheduled right away to make you wish come true. Plus, as a member you'll enjoy a 20% discount with priority scheduling.

We can perform most services ourselves and we have pre-vetted relationships in market with reputable companies for anything else which we will coordinate on your behalf. Have you ever needed something done on your property but you can’t seem to find someone to do it? We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, if you need something now, just reach out to us and we’ll get you what you need. We have dedicated blocks on our schedule just for our members to ensure they receive quicker service. We make it easy to coordinate times that work best for you and you get alerts along the way so it’s easy to keep track of what’s going on right from your phone.

Straight Forward Pricing

We like easy, so we approach everything from the perspective of making it easier for you, our customer. You pay $49/month in either monthly or annual payments and it covers all of your key preventative maintenance items (excluding certain materials).

For any one-off project, we’ll provide you with an up-front estimate which will include your member only discount. We will bill you for the one-off project upon completion of the work. If we have to coordinate with any other in-market contractors, we’ll assist with getting proposals and if you wish to proceed, you can set up payment directly between you and the partnered vendor.

FAQs

Do I need to get a membership in order to work with you?

No you do not. You can always book us for any one-off project you have when you need it. However, you will not gain access to the member discounts or priority scheduling.

Do you actually do the work on my home?

Yes! We are a home service company have fully trained and certified technicians on staff to execute against the majority of your requests. If the request is outside our scope, we can refer you to a partner contractor who can do the work for you.

What is a “one-off project”?

A one-off project is what we call anything not related to your ongoing maintenance of your property. Examples might include a painting project, remodeling project, or other odd jobs around the house. A one-off project has a start and end date to the project as opposed to recurring maintenance which is an ongoing commitment for your property.

Does my member discount apply to all one-off projects?

Yes! Your 20% member discount applies to any one-off projects you request through us but exclude the cost of materials. If the work requires an outside vendor, you’ll pay them directly at their rates, although many of them offer a member discount, it varies by partner and by scope.

How long is the commitment as a member?

Our membership terms are annual. You can cancel at any time, but you’ll remain a member throughout the remainder of your membership period.

Do I get a discount if I pay for the entire year up front?

Yes! You get a 10% prepay discount.
