- Complete the “Sign Up Today” form. When you complete the “Sign Up” form on our Website, we will collect your identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, address), and details of the project and project location, and anything else you decide to include in the “How can we help you?” form. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, and prepare initial thoughts and ideas for the project. Your identifiers will be shared with our email marketing provider so we can email you in the future to continue to keep you updated on services. See below for further detail regarding our email marketing practices.
- Complete the “Schedule a Visit Form”. When you elect to book either a General Contractor or Handyman we collect your identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, address), and details of the project. At your discretion, you may upload images of the item/project/space in need of our professional assistance. Please do not upload any personal or sensitive information or images. We are not responsible for any visual contents submitted by you as part of your request forms or business inquiries. For the sake of clarity, please also review our Terms of Service. We will share this information with Housecall Pro to facilitate the scheduling, billing, and coordination with the professional you intend to hire.
- Subscribe to our Email List. When you are added to our list after contacting us with an inquiry or filing out a form on the Website, if we have not collected it already, we collect your personal identifiers (name, email address, contact type) and your notification preferences. We use this personal information to fulfill your request to receive email alerts and marketing communications. We will share your identifiers (name and email address) with our email marketing provider to send you the marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in each email. Please note that we will continue to send you notifications necessary to the Website, or your request services or inquiries. Our communications contain tracking technologies, to analyze whether a predefined action took place by a recipient, such as opening our communications, in order to better adapt and distribute our communications. You can disable tracking by disabling the display of images by default in your email program. If Your preferred method of contact is text message, with your consent, we will send you automated transactional text messages. You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any automated text message from us, or emailing us at info@maintainyourhome.com.
- Interact with the website Virtual Assistant (“Chatbot”). With your consent, we collect any identifier (name), and any other information that you share with our Chatbot in the course of communicating with us through the chatbot.We share the content of your communications with our chatbot service provider to facilitate the use of the chatbot on the Website.
- Automatic Data Collection via the Website. In addition to the personal information you provide directly to us, we also collect information automatically as you use our Website. We use essential, functional, analytics, and advertising cookies to collect your internet or other electronic network activity information (device, usage, location information (determined through your IP address), such as your browsing history, configuration, unique online identifiers, and interactions with our ads on third-party websites), when you interact with the Website. - Vimeo. We use Vimeo as our video platform to embed content on our Website. Vimeo uses these cookies to track viewing statistics and assign a unique identifier to the device on which the video is viewed, enabling Vimeo to recognize the device. This allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to our Websites by clicking on a Facebook ad. Facebook stores cookies on your device to enable us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. We do not have access to the information collected through Facebook’s cookies. However, the information collected via Facebook, on the Website as well as other websites on which Facebook’s cookies are installed, is also stored and processed by Facebook. - Interact with us on social media. When you interact with our fan page on social networking websites, such as Facebook, Twitter (or “X”), LinkedIn, Yelp, TikTok and Instagram (each a “Fan Page” and collectively “Fan Pages”), we collect basic engagement metrics and use it to tailor content and marketing and use it to improve user experience as set forth in this section. Please note that we do not control the use or storage of the information that you have posted to any social networking websites. This information is collected and processed by the social networking websites for their own purposes, including marketing. - Fan Pages. When interacting with our Fan Pages, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name) and visual information (photograph (i.e., profile picture)), as well as any information that you provide when interacting with our Fan Pages (e.g., commenting, sharing, and rating). We use this information to advertise our products, for events and invitations, and to communicate with users via the contribution and comment function. Because our Fan Pages are publicly accessible, when you use them to interact with other users, for example by posting, leaving comments or liking or sharing posts, any personal information that you post in them or provide when registering can be viewed by others or used by them as they see fit.The content posted on our Fan Pages or other public areas of social networking websites can be deleted in the same way as other content that you have created.
- Community Management. We collect, from you, your contact, including “likes”, shares, messages and other interactions with the content, in order to analyze and evaluate how our content is perceived, to learn from it, and to improve our public relations efforts. We use this information to create advertisements that match our Fan Page and to disseminate them via the Social Network based on demographic data.
- Purchase a Subscription Membership as a Homeowner. When you sign up for a Homeowner Membership Subscription on our Website, we collect from you your personal identifiers (first and last name, email address, telephone number, and physical address). We will not collect your full payment card information, as that is collected directly by our webform and payment processor providers, but we do collect the last four digits of your payment card as part of our transaction history. We use this information to set up your account, process your payment on a recurring basis for your monthly subscription, and fulfill and manage request orders.
- Purchase Subscription for Rental Property Maintenance as Landlord. When you sign up for a rental property maintenance as a landlord subscription on our Website, we collect from you your personal identifiers (first and last name, email address, telephone number, and physical address). We will not collect your full payment card information, as that is collected directly by our webform and payment processor providers, but we do collect the last four digits of your payment card as part of our transaction history. We use this information to set up your account, process your payment on a recurring basis for your monthly subscription, and fulfill and manage request orders.
- Contact Us. When you complete the “Contact Us” form on the Website, we will collect your identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, and ZIP code). We will use this information to initially contact you and further communicate with you about our services.
2. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Maintain Your Home shares personal information in the following instances:
- Within Maintain Your Home. We share your personal information within Maintain Your Home for to efficiently and effectively provide the Website and our services, such as accounting and client support. Access to your personal information is limited to those on a need-to-know basis.

Maintain Your Home may also use De-Identified Information for commercial collaborations with private companies. Additionally, Maintain Your Home may, with your consent, publicly display pictures and/or videos of your home improvement or repair on our Website until we decide to remove such pictures and/or videos. These pictures and/or videos may include the inside or outside of your home and/or property.
